    Kenya Airways Ground Handling started its operations in 1977. Currently Kenya Airways Ground Handling has its operations in Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta Airport, Mombasa International Airport, Kisumu International Airport, Malindi and operations in Eldoret airport. KQGH is ISAGO (IATA Safety Audit Ground Operations) certified.

    • Match and monitor service delivery standards as defined in Service Level Agreements with customer airlines
